Career

She began her career in the business world by joining the oldest private equity fund of Tata Group subsidiary named Tata Opportunities Fund. Maya took training in investor relations and developed her skills in portfolio management with the experience of working in the corporate world. Maya joined Tata Digital Company to gain a better understanding of how the digital world operates after the Tata Opportunities Fund was permanently closed. The group, led by N Chandrasekaran, gave Tata Digital a sizeable amount of 1,000 crore rupees to fund its business activities. Maya attended the debut of the Tata Neu App, an application that offers consumers a customized and engaging shopping experience, while she was employed at Tata Digital. She now has a stronger predilection for cutting-edge and contemporary technology going forward attributable to this encounter.
