- Pranay Rane is an Indian Kabaddi player. He is known for playing for U Mumba in the Pro Kabaddi League since 2022.
- After finishing school, he went to Mumbai to study engineering at Rizvi College; however he couldn’t find time for Kabaddi during his engineering studies; because of his passion for Kabaddi, he changed colleges to M D College. There, he again started playing Kabaddi and took part in matches at both the college and university levels.
- After college, he started working at the Bank of Baroda. While working there, he discovered a local Kabaddi team called BPT and began playing with them. His big break came in 2022 when he joined U Mumba, a professional Kabaddi team in Mumbai, for Season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League.
