- Dhara Gujjar is an Indian cricketer. She played for Mumbai Indians in the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL).
- She was an ardent cricket fan since childhood and used to play gully cricket with the neighbours’ kids in her complex.
- She was ten years old when she joined the Vivekananda Cricket Academy in West Bengal; she was named to the district team in the same year.
- In 2017, she was selected to the Under-19 Bengal women’s cricket team; she was named vice-captain in the same year. In her first match against the Assam Under-19 team, she scored 12 runs.
- Dhara completed her higher secondary education through the open school system.
- Gujjar was named to the East Zone Under-19 team in 2017.
- In 2018, she was named captain of the Under-19 Bengal women’s cricket team.
- She was selected for the cricket camp conducted by the National Cricket Academy in August 2018.

- Dhara suffered three injuries including a shin stress fracture between 2018 and 2019.
- In 2019, she won the Kolkata Cup 2019 conducted by the Pal & Chatterjee Cricket Academy; she was the captain and scored 34 runs from 29 balls in the final.

- Following her stellar performances with the Under-19 Bengal team she was selected for the Under-23 Bengal team in 2019.

- In 2019, she was selected to the Bengal Women’s team and was later named vice-captain.
- On 3 November 2021, she scored her maiden century (115 runs off 148 balls) against the Himachal Pradesh Women’s cricket team during the Women’s Senior One-Day Trophy (2021-2022) in Bengaluru.
- On 16 November 2021, she scored 75 runs from 120 balls against Delhi Women in the quarter-final of the Women’s Senior One-Day Trophy.
- She was Bengal’s top scorer in the 2022 Senior Women’s T20 Trophy with 207 runs. On 5 November 2022, she scored 32 runs against Railways Women in the final of the tournament; Bengal lost by six wickets.

- She was named to the India C Women’s team for the 2021 Senior Women’s One-Day Challenger Trophy. On 4 December 2021, she scored 33 runs against the India D Women’s team; she scored 53 runs from three matches.
- In 2022, she was named to the India B Women’s team for the Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy (2022-2023); she scored 40 runs from three matches.
- Dhara was selected for the East Zone Women’s team in 2022 and played in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal One Day Trophy (2022-2023).
- She was part of the Rajasthan Club Women for the 2022 Women’s Bengal T20 Challenge. She scored 203 runs from 13 matches including 63 runs from 46 balls she scored against the East Bengal Club Women.
- On 23 January 2023, she scored 161 runs from 157 balls against Pondicherry in the 2022-2023 Women’s Senior One Day Trophy; she smashed 24 boundaries.
- On 15 February 2023, she was signed by the Mumbai Indians women’s team for the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL); she was signed for her base price of Rs. 10 Lakhs.
- On 12 March 2023, she was named to the playing eleven for Mumbai Indians Women’s match against UP Warriorz Women; this was her first match in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) and played two more matches in the inaugural season of the WPL.
