After being informed about the incident, police removed the flags.
AICC secretary Sudhir Sharma questioned on district administration and police on the security of assembly complex.
According to police officers, this could be the mischief of someone. Police are going to register a case in this regard.
Assembly complex at Dharamshala is used only during winter session in December and rest of the time it remains almost deserted as assembly secretariat functions from Shimla.
AICC secretary and former minister Sudhir Sharma said that it is unfortunate that the flag of Khalistan are tied at the entrance of the Dharamsala assembly complex and slogans are written on the walls.
He said that failure of CCTV to function and absence of security personnel raises question marks on the administration and security agencies.
He said that recently, the efforts being made to create such an environment in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh are a matter of concern.
“We, the people of Himachal Pradesh, will give our lives for the integrity of the country, but we will not allow such forces to flourish,” he added.
