- Premchand comes from a Dalit family.
- He began his political journey with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and actively participated in the Dudu Block organization from 1995.
- In 2000, he achieved success in Ward 15 of Dudu, marking his initial triumph as a Zilla Parishad member.
- In 2008, he became the District President of SC Morcha in Jaipur Rural. Additionally, he held the position of General Secretary in Dudu BJP Mandal. He is also the president of Bairava Mahasabha.
